	This 5-day tour offers the chance to experience some of the best scenery and wines of the Jerez region of Spain. We fly into Seville and then travel to Jerez where we spend the next three nights. We will take a guided tour of Jerez and will visit two prominent sherry bodegas.


	We will also make a full day trip to the historic city of Cadiz with time to enjoy a city tour. Cadiz is generally considered to be the oldest continuously inhabited place in Europe and is famous for its seafood, narrow streets and cache of intriguing churches and museums. Dinner each night in the Jerez region will be at specially selected local restaurants.

We return to Seville on day 4 allowing time for an afternoon city tour including the old city, with the Cathedral and the Giralda tower at its heart. There is a magnificent view of the city from the top of the tower. Very close by are the royal Mudéjar palace (known as the Alcazar) with it’s marvellous gardens and the Santa Cruz quarter, with cramped streets, flowered balconies, richly decorated facades and hidden patios.. Our final dinner will be in a specially selected restaurant in Seville. Our return flight departs Seville around mid-day on the final day.

Hotels will be selected for their location, character and facilities. Possible hotels include Hotel Casa del Rey de Baeza, and Hotel Casa del Poeta in Seville and Hotel Villa Jerez or Sercola Asta Regia in Jerez.
