This is a 12-day tour offers the chance to experience some of the best scenery and wines

of South America. We fly into Santiago and hope to spend three days on the coast around Valparaiso with our first wine tastings being in the Casablanca and Leyda Valleys. We

then fly to Mendoza spending three days enjoying some of the best Argentinian wines.

The return journey from Mendoza to Santiago must be one of the most spectacular

mountain drives in the world,   Once back in Santiago there is time to enjoy the sights

and culture of the city.  We travel north to the Aconcaguua Valley for lunch and and tasting

at Errazuriz, one of the leading Chilean wineries.   Our last two nights are spent in a

unique hacienda style hotel in the Isla de Maipo wine region, just south of the capital.  

Accommodation throughout the tour is is superb with a delightful boutique hotel on the coast, 5* hotels in Mendoza and Santiago, and a deluxe country house in Isla de Maipo.

Excellent restaurants, city sightseeing, and lunch in Santiago’s traditional fish market all make this

a lively and thoroughly enjoyable tour. 

We also enjoy traditional tango in Argentina and Andean music and dancing in Chile.
